What you’ll be doing

• Help subscribers with their account questions, processing payments, checking on newspaper delivery status, and other tasks
• Support subscriber retention strategies and improve subscriber options by offering other publications.
• Update subscriber account data with concise feedback and other pertinent information.

• Proven effective oral and written communication skills, and an engaging personality
• Confident and composed manner that is customer-centric
• Ability to make good judgment and a creative mindset
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent technology skills and ability to multi-task
• Understanding of metrics-driven performance environment
• A dedicated space where you can take phone calls without interruptions

Computing Requirements

• A Windows laptop or a desktop with updated anti-virus software.
• Reliable internet speed and broadband connection (5 Mbps download, 2.5 Mbps upload)
• Hardwired or ethernet connection to the internet during your shift
• A wired USB headset with a mute button
• Smartphone to be able to log into our system
