Job Description
The HR Manager is responsible for employment policies and procedures, overseeing payroll and rewards and recognitionprograms as well as managing workplace safety initiatives. Along with administering employee-benefit programmes, the HR Manager role involves finding, screening, recruiting new job applicants and developing training and developmentprograms for all employees.
This exciting role will also support the Skyborne assessment and selection process for all new trainees and Skyborne Resourcing for employee support.
The HR Manager will be required to meet budget plans and targets set by the business for candidate recruitment.
Qualifications
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Previous recruitment, selection and assessment experience
Client relationship management
Previous candidate management experience
Excellent administration coordination
Resilience and able to work under pressure
Ability to recognise and deal with challenges promptly and efficiently
Attention to detail
Decision making
Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
IT literacy
