What you’ll do:

• Be comfortable working in an agile team alongside Android developers, Automation testers and Business analysts.
• Develop testable code at a high quality.
• Take part in team decisions to build scalable and maintainable apps.
• Be customer focused on the features you develop.
• Be a good communicator, within the team and the wider company.
• Support the tribe’s applications and services out of hours on a rota basis

What you’ll bring:

• The ability to comfortably work independently in Swift, refactoring existing code to improve its design.
• Experience in writing tests to create production ready code. It’s great if you have experience writing UI tests too.
• An understanding of Mobile Software architectures including MVVM.
• An understanding of Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
• Experience of Continuous Integration and supporting scripts.
• A good understanding of how to use git.
• Practice at debugging and resolving bugs and performance issues.
• An understanding of working in an agile environment.

Our spacious tech hub is under a mile away from Leeds train station, with free water taxis available from Granary Wharf. There’s also plenty of parking in the surrounding streets and at the nearby CitiPark.
