What you’ll do:

• Accounting for an exciting new venture
• Preparation of P&L and balance sheet packs, including basic commentary
• Preparation and submission of quarterly group financial returns
• Assisting the FA in developing appropriate accounting treatments to support the continual growth of the new venture
• Continuous improvement projects such as report automation and standardisation
• Ad-hoc project work, as and when required
• Assisting with internal and external audit queries

What you’ll bring:

• Numeracy and good organisational skills essential for role. Would suit AAT qualified or CIMA/ACCA studier.
• Practical accounting experience desirable.
• General ledger experience or understanding of double entry bookkeeping including accruals/prepayments.
• Systems knowledge including excel & SAP.
