Our Ottawa based promotional advertising company is looking for a Sales/Customer Service Associate. We are partnered with major national clients in the retail and service industries. Our main priority is to increase their brands’ visibility and profitability. We are looking for ambitious individuals with a strong work ethic to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. As a Sales/Customer Service Associate you need to have a passion for customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Sales/Customer Service Associate will be responsible for managing and developing the relationships with customers and retail managers in the Ottawa area.

Responsibilities:

• Execute day to day sales, marketing, customer service, and campaign management.
• Ensure set up and execution of on site promotional events.
• Communicate with customers face to face to provide information, demonstrate products and services, answer Q & A periods, troubleshoot and problem solve.
• Manage the implementation and delivery of a key client’s activity, maximizing performance.
• Build client relationships through service excellence and balance their campaign needs with your proactive approach
• Get your hands dirty with team building, growth, and expansion efforts

Qualifications:

• Entrepreneurial minded individual with a strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership skill with ability to work effectively individual and in a team environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize multiple projects, and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Self-motivated
• Previous Customer Service, Retail, Sales, Marketing, Restaurant/Food Industry experience is a plus
• Must be looking for full time work
