SKINNEY Medspa Hiring for Director of Marketing for National Medspa Full Time

SKINNEY Medspa is looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to join our New York based team.

This is an exciting time to join SKINNEY, with locations in New York, Miami & Houston – as well as a national partnership with Saks Fifth Avenue and the acclaimed French skincare line, Biologique Recherche.

SKINNEY Medspa is a one of a kind beauty center offering a range of specialized non-invasive treatments with over a dozen state of the art technologies. SKINNEY is a national leader in body contouring procedures such as Coolsculpting, Emsculpt & Eon as well as non-invasive laser modalities for the face & body.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Marketing Team in helping generate more leads through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with Operations team to execute marketing campaigns in alignment with in-spa goals
• Plan and execute yearly marketing calendar
• Develop brand partnerships and campaigns
• Oversee quarterly photo & video shoots for ads & advertising
• Supporting sales and lead generation efforts, analyze trends
• Coordinate market research and analyze the resulting data to identify the values and buying habits of their target customers.
• Oversee Ad Spend, and manage Facebook Business Ads
• Prepare Press Releases and invite in editors & bloggers to experience new treatments, products & services
• Analyze the company’s best performing content, research what other companies are doing, provide content recommendations
• Explore and lead strategic partnership opportunities
• Ensure consistent quality across all the content
• Generate ideas for creative sales, promotions, ways to engage with our audience
• Explore beneficial partnerships with other companies (holiday-related, affiliates, etc.)
• Implement and manage our messenger and text marketing
• Manage our SEO optimization initiatives
• Spearhead new content ideas (photo/video) and visions for marketing posts
• Analyze strategy and offer s (monthly or quarterly) to the team that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan
• Oversee copywriting and content calendars
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals and defines KPIs
• Develop social content strategy, calendar and voice for all marketing channels
• Collaborate with owners, staff, director of operations, operations manager, marketing director on creative content
• Work with public relations team to create SKINNEY brand ambassadors and ensure that content is captured and shared in a way that helps to promote and grow our brand
• Work with like-minded brands to partner on social media platforms
• Create content that is both educational, fun reflects SKINNEY Medspa’s voice and brand
• Work with staff, clients and influencers to leverage before & after photos of our treatments for ads, and promotions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
