 We are a Global luxury lingerie/loungewear brand since 2004.

Our growing Ecommerce business requires an additional member to our team.

We are seeking a pleasant customer service oriented individual who loves to serve and help people.

You will be trained about all the features and benefits of our products, and will learn how to assist our customers with their purchase experience in the most easy and comfortable way.

• Seeking an entry level candidate to manage the complete Ecommerce Customer experience.
• You will manage emails and phone calls from our Ecommerce customers ensuring a great, positive and on brand experience.
• You will manage data and Ecommerce site to facilitate the best customer experience while working with the marketing team.
• You will upsell and suggest new items and converse with the customer to enhance their desire to keep engaging with our brand.
• Process customer returns and exchanges
• Converse on phone, chat and email with the customers
• Work closely with the warehouse for returns and shipping information
• Must be familiar with Shopify Ecommerce platform and have experience using the platform.
• Must have ability to manage detail with ease
• Must have an upscale professional manner to converse with our customers
• Must have a passion for style and fashion
• This is a Full Time on site position
