Renowned dermatology, laser and plastic surgery practice in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an experienced full time Research Study Coordinator. s To: Director of research, Principal Investigator/Practice Manager

Job Summary: Facilitates and coordinates daily clinical trial activities and plays a critical role in the conduct of studies. Responsible for coordination of all phase clinical trials. Recruit patients for clinical studies. Communicate with potential study candidates by phone or email. Meet with patients in person to determine study eligibility. Review informed consent with patients. Assist the Principal Investigator. Enter data from patient visits into the study portal. Track patient visits and ensure that patient visits occur within study protocol. Follow-up with leads from study portals. Prepare IRB documentation for IRB submission, renewals and closeout s. Keep track of and order necessary supplies from vendors and clients.

Education And Experience

• College degree
• One to two years of clinical study experience preferred.

Essential Skills And Abilities

• Superior communication skills, oral, written, and platform.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Excellent computer skills.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Effective organization skills.
