Skin & Aesthetic Centers Hiring for Medical Receptionist at Cherry Hill, NJ Full Time

Medical Receptionist position for a very team-work oriented practice and are seeking someone with professionalism, strong work ethic and drive. Travel is a requirement for position between Sicklerville, Vineland and Cherry Hill offices and surrounding area.

Medical receptionist experience is preferred, but not required. Training for insurance verification and practice management system will be provided upon hiring.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/outbound calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Verification of insurance eligibility
• Verification of copayment and referrals for insurance packages
• Patient check-in and out process
• Patient pre-reg verification process
• Keeping reception area and waiting room clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations
