The HR operations assistants work primarily Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday, 40 hours a week.

Earnings starts at £24,000.00 per year with automatic increase after 6 months, 15 months and 24 months.

• The role

The HR Operations Assistant supports the HR Department in all their operational tasks and helps providing first class Employee Relations, Recruitment, Coaching and Training services to sketch and its employees.

The responsibilities of the HR Operations Assistant vary from Uniform Stock management, Looking after trials/starters/leavers, Trainings, Administration tasks and other general HR tasks. This is a diverse role that will help you develop in all aspects of HR.
