Job Description
The Human Resources Administrator – Operations will assist the Human Resources Director in providing various administrative support in operational areas of Human Resources. This role will assist with professional HR services such as employee relations, employment engagement, training and supporting the Human Resources Compliance, Safety Compliance, Vendor Relations, and other HR divisions such as Benefits/Payroll/Recruiting team as needed. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within this field. They will also rely on some instruction and pre-established guidelines to perform functions of the job. Responsible for keeping the Human Resources Director informed of all employee related matters, safety and compliance concerns. Â They must be comfortable in working in a fast pace and deadline driven environment. Â They must hold a high level of confidentiality.
