The TA lead will play a crucial role in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top-quality talent that aligns with the organization’s goals, culture, and values. The Talent Acquisition lead will collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure a steady pipeline of skilled candidates while upholding best practices in recruitment and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization’s short-term and long-term business objectives. Identify workforce needs and talent gaps to proactively address recruitment challenges.
Recruitment and Sourcing:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through various channels to candidate selection and offer management. Utilize a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and talent databases, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Employer Branding:
Strengthen the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice in the industry. Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications teams to promote the organization’s culture, values, and employee value proposition.
Candidate Experience:
Champion a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Ensure timely communication with candidates and gather feedback to continually improve the recruitment process.
Recruitment Metrics and Analytics:
Establish key recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts. Utilize data and analytics to make data-driven decisions, optimize recruitment processes, and improve the quality of hires.
Talent Acquisition Team Management:
Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to optimize their performance. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.
Vendor and Agency Management:
Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and managing costs effectively.
Diversity and Inclusion:
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates and promoting a diverse workforce.
Recruitment Compliance:
Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a fair and ethical recruitment process.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus. Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, including managerial responsibilities. Solid understanding of talent acquisition best practices, recruitment trends, and HR technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Familiarity with employer branding strategies and techniques. Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to talent acquisition.
