Talent Sourcer
SiteMinder is currently looking to hire an experienced Talent Sourcer to join our high-performing Global Talent Acquisition Team. We are evolving fast with ambitious growth plans and so we are on the lookout for those who thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment where innovation and continual improvement are the norms.
You will work closely with Hiring Managers to understand the recruiting needs of the business and proactively identifying recruiting solutions to meet those needs across the APAC region through proactive sourcing, reaching out to your network and responding to direct applications in a timely manner. You will initially be supporting our fast-growing Technical and Product teams across a broad range of disciplines.

As a Resourcer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Initially recruiting for technical teams including development, engineering, and product
- Sourcing across multiple platforms with a focus on proactive headhunting hard to find candidates
- Supporting the recruitment across all business functions as required
- Partner and advise hiring community on the talent market
- Ensure the integrity of the information entered into our ATS
- Driving social activity increasing brand awareness
- Excellent stakeholder management, engagement and communication at all levels of business
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience as an in-house or agency recruiter is essential
- Strong background in headhunting, sourcing and building talent pipelines
- A proven track record of being a do-er, motivated by outcomes
- Proven capacity to develop and maintain successful stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication skills
