The Account Executive will to the Director of Sales (or currently Exec VP).
Job Overview
We are looking for a trustworthy individual that is result-driven to work with our team in a lead sales role. This position will service existing accounts, establishes new accounts by planning and organizing your daily work schedule; call on existing or potential sales channels and other industry or networking organizations within the trade skill sets that Siteline represent. Ideally, this individual will have construction sales experience and further develop our relationships with general contractors in Austin.
You will be responsible for qualifying new bid opportunities, working closely with the estimating management team in prioritizing bid commitments followed by setting up scope or page turn meetings with clients to carry the project through a final negotiation to secure contract work at planned margins. You will be a significant part of the customer service experience during the entire life span of the project with the goal of customer retention and repeat business a top priority.
