Job Summary

This position serves as a member of our People Services Team and is responsible for managing and administering Sitel Group’s benefit plans from life insurance to health insurance and retirement plans. Administers the benefit plans for US and Canada and ensures these plans operate according to plan documents and government regulations.

You Will

Be responsible for ensuring accuracy of premium calculations, accruals, and deductions. Also responsible for setting and updating deductions as necessary within the HRIS
Be responsible for the reconciliation of benefit premium reports with vendor invoices and ensures timely and accurate payment of such
Act as a subject matter expert for escalation of employee benefits inquiries and complaints to ensure a quick, equitable, and courteous resolution
Audit data entry from all locations and resolves discrepancies.
Work closely with the benefits COE and vendors to ensure process compliance
Be responsible for customer service of benefits overseeing, resolving issues, and working directly with COE’s to ensure reasonable timeframes for issues resolution
Develop strong working relationships and collaborate with a cross-functional group of partners, both internal and external
Work collectively with Payroll and HRIS to ensure the proper deductions (and/or adjustments) is taken for final pay processing
Be responsible for understanding, interpreting, and complying with all state, federal and provincial laws related to health and welfare plans for North America
Assist in identifying inefficiencies and areas in need of improvement

You Have

Minimum 3 years working in an HR role with experience in Benefits Administration to include medical and dental plans, retirement plans, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, life, AD&D, short and long-term disability, FMLA, State and Provincial leave policies, and LOA management
French speaking is a plus
An Associate’s or equivalent degree or any equivalent combination of related training/education and experience; Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
Strong knowledge of Excel and experience navigating online systems
Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a climate of ambiguity and changing priorities.
Discretion and confidentiality required.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and written communication skills
Strong organization and time management skills
