The Opportunity:

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to help shape the face of the recruitment function for the Midlands. You will be working for a business process outsourcing organisation delivering volume recruitment campaigns.

You will be challenged daily by tight deadlines, the number of vacancies to be filled and ensuring the administration and co-ordination behind the scenes is maintained. This is a role where you will hold responsibility for the screening of applicants, the coordination of 2nd line interviews and taking candidates through the application and offer journey (end to end).

The Person:

• You will be an experienced recruiter ideally with in-house and commercial recruitment exposure (with experience of competency based assessments; end to end recruitment process co-ordination; interviewing and taking recruitment briefs/managing expectations)
• You will be used to managing client expectations, installing confidence in the ability to deliver campaign needs.
• You will be able to think laterally when interviewing candidates to identify where a candidate may best fit against existing vacancies
• You will be able to create unique and interesting adverts to capture the talent pools attention.
• Behaviour wise – confident, articulate, of graduate calibre. Professional and objective.
