This role will be supporting one of the world’s leading and fastest growing accounting software providers. This is an exciting opportunity to work on behalf of a globally recognised financial software leader and support customers through online chat and inbound customer service. This is a great first step for those wanting to move into the world of accounting software.

This role will commence 16th January 2023.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have a keen interest and passion for providing exceptional customer service, and enjoy talking to technical concepts after in-depth training to explain how our client’s financial software products work on a day to day basis.

In addition to this you will also have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous customer service experience, ideally in a customer service contact centre but this is not essential
• Previous experience or a keen interest in using accounting or financial software
• Strong computer skills
• Have a positive disposition, a great sense of humour and be a team player
• Flexibility to be rostered between 8:30am to 6:30pm (AEST), Monday to Friday based on business needs

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Team Manager, your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer’s enquiries
• Prioritising, managing and resolving customer enquiries over the phone and chat platform
• Investigating and resolving customer issues
• Case management of customer enquiries
• Work towards KPIs, including customer satisfaction ratings
