Job Summary

Siteimprove is seeking a dynamic and detail orientated Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts across EMEA. You will support our Global Talent Partners, Hiring Leaders and HR team in the successful recruitment of commercial and innovation roles to our growing company. As a key member of our amazing team, you will be leaned upon to create offer contracts and help onboard our new hires to create and outstanding candidate experience. Your are a star and thrive in diving into multiple areas with extraordinary detail.

What you will be doing

• Assist Recruiters and hiring leaders in the creation of thoughtful, compelling position descriptions, ensuring all parties are prepared for interviewers, reviewing and posting position requisitions, and acquiring approvals.
• Coordinate all interview logistics, including scheduling, travel, and video/in-person/phone interviews.
• Ensure all employee contracts are created and done with accuracy, ensure contract details are entered properly into HRIS (Dayforce) system.
• Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience, acting as an ambassador for Siteimprove and our growing company.
• Assist recruiters/hiring leaders with all aspects of the hiring process.
• Serve as a proactive problem solver who can anticipate needs of hiring leaders and candidates.
• Help ensure a smooth new joiner experience with new hires;
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of recruitment related information using the Jobvite Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Partner and working closely with HR Business Partner, HR Program Manager, HR specialist and HR operations.
• Help manage recruiting vendor relationships
• May assist with our social media accounts and activities on a consistent basis.

What we require of you

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or related HR field
• You have an enthusiastic, professional and proactive approach and thrive supporting a variety of personalities
• Your super power is you are tenacious, self-motivated, and flexible in how you approach your work.
• Your attention to detail is what sets you apart.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate information in a credible manner
• Strong organizational skills as this role requires the ability to manage conflicting priorities, adapt to change and work at a good pace

• You want to continue to learn aspects of recruiting and HR.
• highly proficient in Microsoft office, with emphasis on Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

• This is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of two days in the London office
• Travel may be required up to 0-15% of the time
