Siteforce Labour Solutions (SLS) is a Cairns based labour hire and recruitment company.

To support our growth plans, we are now seeking a recruitment leader to join our team as Recruitment and Labour Hire Manager based in our Cairns, North Queensland branch.

About The Role

Reporting to the Company Director, your key responsibilities will include:

· Complete all aspects of recruitment and onboarding with the support of an experienced team.

· Manage and encourage the team with the day-to-day operations of the office.

· Presenting, negotiating, and securing new business.

· Build and analyse position salaries based off client requirements and Fair Work standards.

About You

As the Labour Hire and Recruitment Manager of SLS – we are looking for someone with:

· MS Office suite skills – Word, Excel and Outlook experience

· Previous experience in the labour hire/recruitment industry would be favourable.

· Ability to liaise with clients and team members

· Ability to network with local businesses

· A commitment to Health and Safety procedures

· Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure

Experience

· Experience in a similar role or have a desire to step up and learn

· Previous experience in an Office Management role (desirable)

· Experience consulting with employees at all levels

· Don’t have all the experience but think you have what it takes, we would like to hear from you

· The role will come with necessary training and support

Job Location: Cairns

Duration: Full-Time

Start Date: As soon as possible
Roster: 5-day week (Monday to Friday)

Hours Per Week: 38 hours per week and over time when required

Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 depending on experience

Medical: Drug and alcohol testing will be required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $90,000.00 per year
