SiteDocs Hiring for Data Analyst at Abbotsford, BC Full Time

We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst to join us on our journey as one of Canada’s fastest-growing software companies and world leaders in our category. As a Data Analyst, you will join our Operations department in supporting the business operations that drive the company’s growth activities. You will play a key role in surfacing the data and analysis necessary for making data-driven decisions. This includes providing and maintaining key reports on KPIs and OKRs, building in-depth modelling to represent various business scenarios, and supporting the people and processes that provide data at SiteDocs.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or degree in Math, Computer Science, or other related field

Experience writing complex reports using Tableau or other multi-source business intelligence tools

Proven wizardry with Google Sheets (or Excel) and formulas

Excellent in business math and modelling business plans/proposals (e.g. Monte Carlo Simulations)

Experience with a variety of organizational software (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk, Pendo, etc.)

Experience managing complex, interdepartmental business processes

Key Responsibilities

Executing on reporting requests from business unit leaders (this reporting may take place within our CRM or across multiple platforms using Tableau)

Modelling all business math requests, proposals, plans, corporate budgets

Monitoring data integrity across all Salesforce inputs

Supporting end users with process and data related issues

Other operational duties and projects as assigned
