Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Sisterson & Co. LLP, a regional CPA firm located in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a qualified candidate to join our firm in a newly created role focused on talent acquisition of professional audit and tax candidates. Function: Create, execute the strategy to discover, hire and retain talent. Accountable to build a sustainable employment brand by building strong internal/external relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement broad talent acquisition strategy by coordinating with internal staff to determine hiring needs
• Develop employment branding programs
• Source, attract and recruit candidates using databases, social media, attendance at networking events, etc.
• Lead recruitment and all selection processes (phones screening, interviews, etc.)
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Design processes to ensure strong, positive candidate experiences
• Develop strategies to participate in college recruiting, career fairs or other hiring events as part of exposure to brand Sisterson, including maintaining relationship with key members of faculty and staff
• Design system of metrics to measure quantitative results
• Represent Sisterson as the ‘employer of choice’ and be its best brand ambassador

To qualify:

• BS/BA in Business, Human Resources or related
• 5 years + substantive experience recruiting professional talent
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision‐making skills
• Strong knowledge of all forms of social media (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
• Business acumen to understand/relate to types of positions you need to fill
• Experience with (ATS) Applicant Tracking Systems and related databases
• Keen knowledge regarding various selection methodology and testing capabilities
• Strong strategic thinking capability to design out-of-the-box solutions
• Organization skills, must be efficient
• Strong sense to manage failure, needs to be extremely resilient
• Experience with full‐cycle recruiting
