We are seeking to recruit a Recruitment & Training Advisor.

Role & Responsibilities:

• To determine all recruitment needs within the Company together with deadlines and priorities
• To maintain a schedule of all current vacancies and progress against each role & provide the HR Manager with a copy on a weekly basis
• Agree appropriate methods of recruitment
• Match CVs to vacancies

• Agree interview schedules and timescales with HR Manager and Line Managers
• In conjunction with recruiting managers, interview candidates to evaluate their skills and experience against the requirements of the vacancy
• In conjunction with Line Managers create Role Profiles/Job Descriptions for all new roles in the organisation and copy to HR Manager for review
• Attend meetings with Senior Management Team and Line Managers as required to discuss recruitment requirements and progress
• Monitor and analyse exit interview data to determine key reasons for staff leaving
• Monitor market rates of pay during the recruitment process and raise any areas of concern with the HR Manager
• Determine and assess organisations training and employee development needs
• Create training materials and programmes to address specific business objectives
• Write reports, keep records and manage the training budget
• Work with employees, HR and management to ensure the achievement of training objectives
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness and success of training programmes
• Keep up to date on the latest training trends, developments and best practices
• Identify and implement a wide range of training techniques to improve efficiency and returns on investment
• Manage employee enrolment for training, scheduling training sessions and organise the resources to facilitate training programmes
