The Talent Partner will take the lead in finding and securing the right talent for our collaborative, high-performance, and regional workforce across EMEA.

You will help optimise our approach to direct talent sourcing – continually developing our network and being our expert on LinkedIn Recruiter, knowing when to balance this with support from trusted external partners. You will be a positive and inspiring face of SIRVA BGRS representing our service with credibility and warmth.

The Talent Partner will skillfully partner with our hiring managers, ensuring that our recruitment process is effective and that our candidate experience is inspiring, human and inclusive. You will lead the strategic talent initiative with the support of the Director and HR Business Partners.

Functions and Responsibilities

• Source for candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms where active and passive candidates can be identified
• Partner with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs
• Identify talent through sourcing strategies including; cold calling, referrals and internal networks
• Build a Pipeline of candidates for frequently hired positions and departments
• Develop industry-specific partnerships for networking purposes
• Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
• Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate, identify and summarise relevant experience and skills
• Schedule interviews to present qualified, interested, candidates to Hiring Managers
• Sending out regional recruiting communication to employees on open positions
• Prepare and deliver offer letters-monitor for signed and returned offers
• Special projects involving process improvements
• Works with Director of HRBP to build and execute a cost-effective recruiting strategic plan for the region

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrable background in sourcing across Europe
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Linkedin Recruiter
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting
• Demonstrated track record of managing complex initiatives
• Strong Business Acumen Skills
• Proven track record in innovative change
• Ability to develop a program and process around Talent Acquisition Networking
