Sirnaomics, Inc. is a leading clinical stage biopharmaceutical company in the discovery and development of RNAi therapeutics for treatment of cancer and fibrotic diseases. We are seeking candidates to fill the newly created position of Talent Acquisition Specialist in our headquarters in Gaithersburg, MD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of a company’s recruitment efforts to include handling the full life cycle recruiting process for positions throughout the US. Specifically, this person will:

• Work with hiring managers to implement overall recruiting strategy for specific positions in keeping with the approved staffing process;
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
• Compose, post, and track job advertisements and postings to appropriate job boards/ newspapers/colleges etc.;

• Source and recruit candidates by using various databases, social media etc.;
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications;

• Conduct interviews using established recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates, and;

• Prepare and deliver offers to selected candidates.

To be considered for this position, the well qualified candidate will have a bachelors’ degree (or equivalent) and three or more years of talent acquisition experience to include experience recruiting for positions in life sciences.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
