What You Will Be Doing:

Your job will be to call people in U.S. and Canada who requested an appointment with one of the businesses we advertise (home renovation, child safety, etc.) and book an appointment for them in our scheduling system. You will only be contacting people who are actually interested in these services, so the rejection rate is pretty low. You may also be placing reminder calls right before the appointment date to remind people about their upcoming appointments.

Success will be measured in your ability to book appointments.

Compensation

$18 CAD/hour + commission.

About You

• Fluent in English (one language is required);
• Minimum 1 year working in an outbound call center environment;
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience;
• Computer and typing skills: Your job will be to call people in U.S. and Canada who requested an appointment with one of the businesses we advertise;
• At home computer with high-speed Internet and a headset;
• Ability to answer questions using the script provided;
• Ability to maintain patience and professionalism throughout the call;
• Ability to speak clearly, with enthusiasm while using tone variation and voice inflection;
• Ability to listen to and accurately capture answers over the phone;
• Able to explain difficult concepts in simple terms;
• Goal focused with a willingness to accept coaching and development;
• Must be open to work Evenings/Weekends.
