To strengthen our Sintetica US team at our headquarters in Princeton, NJ, we are currently looking for an Inside Sales Key Account Manager.

Essential Tasks And Responsibilities

• Work closely with leadership team to implement sales plan to meet Sintetica’s overall performance objectives and execute sales performance to meet or exceed sales projections and market share expectations.
• Key role in leveraging existing relationships as well as developing new relationships to identify, develop and maintain sales prospects, opportunities to grow, and to execute annual sales plans.
• Work as the key account manager for Sintetica’s individual integrated delivery networks (IDN) including day-to-day relationship management, collaboration to find business opportunities, and exploration of ideas to maximize business performance.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customer’s executive management and decision makers.
• Business Owner of the account, including, but not limited to, performance of account reviews, face-to-face meetings (maintain cadence), establishes process for account performance measurement.
• Role is based in our Princeton, NJ office and may have some travels from time to time to key conferences and accounts.
• Identify contracting opportunities.
• National and Regional trade show participation.
• Consistently provide market feedback.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of account management experience and minimum of 3 years of prior experience in Pharmaceutical sales.
• Demonstrated success in healthcare product sales.
• A mix of Generic/ Generic Plus/ Brand injectable experience preferred as well as proven success in new product launches.
• Understanding of GPO, IDN and affiliated Hospital relationships.
• Demonstrated success working cross functionally to generate most optimized business performance.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to translate customer needs into actionable responses.
