Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and challenges within the Mining, Construction, and Energy industries. Develop a comprehensive market entry strategy and execution plan.
2. Business Expansion: Lead the expansion efforts into new markets, establishing partnerships with key players, and driving adoption of our Hardware enabled SaaS products.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their pain points and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success, Development and Engineering teams to align business strategies and enhance product offerings based on market feedback.
5. Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets, track business performance, and drive revenue growth in the assigned sectors.
6. Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to identify potential areas for product enhancement and innovation.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience in the Mining, Construction, or Energy sectors, with a focus on technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of IoT, Hardware enabled SaaS products and their applications within industrial settings.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
