Role: Plot Sales Residential Property Conveyancer
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £24,000 – £36,000 DOE
Benefits: Support Staff, 2 days Hybrid.

Are you an experienced and energetic residential property non qualified conveyancer, who is interested in moving into Plots Conveyancing, with in a large and developing team in central Birmingham?

We are looking to speak with experienced conveyancers across the west midlands who currently can handle a full traditional caseload, and who have worked on New Build matters for a minimum of 2 years and further conveyancing matters.

You will have ideally been working in or on conveyancing files for the past 2 years and be able to commute easily to central Birmingham, even though this role could see you gaining hybrid working of up to 2 days from home, upon the successful completion of your induction and probationary period.
