About the role: *
We are growing our People & Culture team, and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract the best talent in the world to join the simPRO Team. You will own the talent acquisition process in the UK and collaborate with others in the People & Culture Team to ensure a seamless hiring process.

What will a typical day look like?*

• You will manage the end-to-end recruitment function, including taking job briefs, writing and posting job ads, reviewing applications, phone screening, presenting shortlists to hiring managers, assisting with interviews and reference checking
• You will be a key stakeholder in the development and implementation of the People & Culture talent attraction strategy, aligning with other key strategic objectives
• You will continuously work on ways to improve the hiring process, including finding innovative ways to seek out talent and maximize efficiency of the recruitment process
• You will collaborate with leaders and peers within the business to ensure understanding of hiring strategies, timelines and needs

Who are we looking for?*

• A self-motivated and driven talent acquisition professional who has a track record of recruiting across all level roles (entry to senior leadership, in a tech environment, and technical roles)
• Significant experience in talent acquisition – headhunting, sourcing and proactively building a talent pipeline
• Someone with a background in a rapidly growing SaaS business
• Strong IT skills (knowledge of G-Suite would be highly advantageous)
• Experience using a variety of HRIS, LMS, and ATS (ideally Workday and JazzHR)
• The ability to maintain strict confidentiality in regard to all candidate/employee documents and interactions
• Strong communication and attention to detail required
• Someone who is comfortable with working autonomously and as part of a global team (which will involve working outside of normal hours)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to perform well in a team dynamic, to tight deadlines
