Simply Embedded Hiring for Intermediate Mechanical Engineer at Calgary, AB Full Time

Simply Embedded is a boutique consultancy that specializes in providing software and hardware solutions in the embedded systems industry. We work with clients all over the world to create world class consumer and industrial electronics products.

We are currently looking for an intermediate mechanical engineer to help us out with our current workload. Possibility to transition to full-time employment.

Technical Requirements

  • Design and develop 3D models of electronic enclosures
  • Experience with industrial electronic products
  • Proficient in SolidWorks
  • Knowledge of mechanical certification standards and requirements
  • Able to make suggestions about materials
  • Knowledgeable in the manufacturing processes
  • Able to work with hardware engineers to address issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5 years of related experience

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20 per week
