Simply Education is seeking a motivated and passionate person to join the team working with our SEND division in our expanding Manchester office.

You will be joining a team working on a warm desk which has active clients and bookings. We are looking for someone who has a passion for special educational needs and wants a rewarding career where the work you do influences the next generation.

We are looking for someone from an education background whether that is as a recruitment consultant or as a member of staff within an educational provider. Sales experience isn’t essential, we are looking for someone with the drive to succeed.

The role will include:

• Building strong relationship with schools and candidates

• Meeting KPIs set to you by your manager

• Recruit and market the right candidates for SEND

• Visit and meet with schools

• Grow the SEND desk in the Manchester region alongside a established consultant

• Matching the right candidates to schools

• Sales calls

• Stand out from the crowd!

• Writing CV/Profiles for candidates to mark to schools

Must haves for the role:

• Be able to work full-time Monday – Friday from 7am – 4:30pm (reduced during half terms)

• Own a car and have a full UK license as you will be required to visit schools (mileage expenses paid)
