Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract – 3-6 months). Salary – $85,000
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource or related field
- 3 years HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment
- PHR/SPHR certification a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to model leadership behaviors on a continual basis, partnering with business leaders in a dynamic business setting
- Knowledge of Federal/State laws as they pertain to human resources administration.
- Strong conflict resolution skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree desired, but not required
- 3-5 years recruiting experience required (preferably 3+ years in manufacturing environment)
- Experience in recruiting manufacturing positions preferred
- Demonstrated capability in recruiting for a wide variety of positions and levels, in multiple functions required
- High energy, collaborative, outgoing, organized and efficient; Self-starter with tons of initiative required
Location: Garland, TX (on site)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
