Snapshot of this role:

You will be part of the HR team and handle full-cycle recruitment responsibilities. Sample tasks are:

• Pre-select qualified applications from various job advertisement sources.
• Conduct pre-screen calls and schedule in-person interviews with the hiring teams.
• Prepare and handle post-interview communication such as employment offers or rejections notifications.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities with the HR team.
• Manage reporting and requisition documents.
• Participate in networking events and build talent pipelines.
• Other administrative support functions.

Requirements

• Relevant education and work experience.
• Experience with industrial or skilled labor recruitment is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
• Outgoing and professional demeanor.
• Competency in computer usage for a variety of tasks and Microsoft applications incl. Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Experience with managing requisitions via online job boards (i.e. Indeed, etc.).
• Passion for providing high quality customer service and coordinating projects from start to finish.
• COVID-19 vaccination proof (our frontline teams are required to be vaccinated in order to work in hospitals and we as a company support them by having all of our employees vaccinated).
