Who We Are

Residence and Housing provides housing services to SFU students, and guests. The Room Condition Inspector enters and visually inspects vacant residence units at the end of each term. The incumbent determines and records the condition and cleanliness of the units, as well as any missing inventory, also provides recommendations for maintenance to be completed prior to units being cleaned and released for occupancy as needed. This is a dynamic position that requires lots of walking, and interactions with other staff members.
