About the Role

The position performs a variety of administrative, financial and clerical services for ITS Application Services/Project Portfolio Office. Coordinates the activities of temporary support staff, develops and maintains spreadsheets, and reconciles revenues, provides purchasing and budget reconciliation services. Provides secretarial support to the Director of Application Services, Associate Directors, and other administrative personnel by arranging appointments, meetings and travel, as well as word processing and editing a variety of documents as required. Performs recruitment tasks, assists with ePAR submissions, schedules new staff interviews, provides office orientation and training on office equipment, and follows staff time ing procedures. Orders mobile devices for departmental employees, processes invoices, and liaises with Phones Operations and vendors. Monitors and maintains multiple email accounts and calendars to ensure employee absence ing accuracy. Completes absence s and timekeeping entries for Application Services, Project Portfolio Office, Network Services, and Phones Operations. Documents job procedures in the Administrative manual. Maintains orderly office space. Replenishes equipment consumables, troubleshoots printer/copier error messages, and submits support/repair work orders as needed.
