About the Role
Coordinates the daily appointments, and screens all calls and visits to the Director, Client Services. Schedules and provides administrative support for committee meetings. Responds to requests through the departmental ticketing system, problems and complaints from users. Processes expense claims, journal vouchers and invoices; and processes timesheets for all IT Services units
