SPS is recruiting for a Part time, Flexible Opportunity for PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES to join our growing team.

Salary: $17.17/hour + 4% Vacation Pay and a $0.60/hour premium for working afternoon shift.

This exciting opportunity will add further value to the services already provided to our Customer. The essential job duties for a Production Associate include picking/packing parts, inspecting the quality, scanning, labeling, and staging for loading.

The role is best suited for an individual that can work both independently and as part of a team along with a positive attitude and is quick to learn.

This is a popular program where associates in the program have the flexibility of choosing their shifts through an app-based scheduling system in real time.

Available Shifts will be communicated to our flexible workforce regularly for each week. The expectation would be to work a required minimum of 8 hours (1 shift) per 2 weeks of the available shifts and up to a maximum of 32 hours per week (4 shifts). Available shifts to choose from may vary from week to week depending on staffing needs.

The available shifts for our flexible workforce to choose from will be 8 hours in length:

Weekdays – Day, or Afternoon Shift

To be considered for this position, you must be able to work in fast paced environment and demonstrate a high attention to detail and accuracy.

Physical abilities required will include but not limited to: repetitive bending, reaching and twisting, Lifting 40 lbs and repetitive hand/wrist movements.

Experience: No Experience Necessary, However Previous Manufacturing Experience Would Be An Asset.

Must be over the age of 18 years old to be considered for these positions.
