Simcoe Northern Supply Hiring for Yard Labourer Full Time

Simcoe Northern Supply is looking for an individual to fill the position of a part-time yard labourer for their warehouse yard. This individual needs to be punctual and self motivated. Who is able work alongside other in a team orientated environment.This position would consist of regular warehouse maintenance and working with an array of building materials daily. Some of the daily duties include: completing orders for delivery, maintaining inventory levels, driving a forklift, building crates and pallets, loading and unloading building materials and serving customers.

Experience:

• Forklift experience.
• minimum 1 year of experience in a lumber yard.
• Customer service experience.

Requirements:

• Must have G class driver’s license.
• Must have people skills and the ability to deal with customer concerns and resolve them.
• Be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Heavy lifting is an essential part of this position.

Additional Information:

• This position will include some weekend work. Must be available for all shifts.
• Wage will be based on the persons experience
• Benefits are available after 3 months.
