Summary of the Position:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR department.

You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees across defined business areas. You will act as a brand ambassador for Simbec-Orions values and will partner with the business to provide guidance and support throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.

You will also work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, as well as the wider HR team, to design, build and implement a talent acquisition offering that delivers impact and value to the business, acquires individuals with the right qualities and capabilities to enable our business to grow and perform to the highest standard, and support hiring managers in making the right hiring decisions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to source, select and hire candidates with the right skills and behaviours.
• Utilise creative tactics and a variety of sources (including direct search, LinkedIn and other social media, internal referrals, direct applicants, recruitment agencies, etc.) to deliver top talent to fill open positions.
• Develop a direct sourcing strategy to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, providing support and delivering a superior experience for all candidates progressing through the hiring process, including extending and closing offers.
• Create and utilise Employer Branding material to drive awareness of Simbec-Orion.
• Manage complex, volume and multi-geography recruitment projects.
• Educate hiring managers in Simbec-Orions approach to interviewing, recommend resources and techniques for interviewing, assessing and evaluating applicants.
• Implement best practice and contribute to new ways of working to ensure exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  Keep up-to-date on market trends that have the potential to impact the ability to attract talent and work with the business to provide solutions.
• Ensure maintenance of current knowledge of digital trends and solutions in the recruitment space.

Minimum Requirements:

Essential:

• 
  Strong hands-on recruitment experience, whether in agency or in-house, that includes supporting global fast-paced organisations
• 
  Significant direct sourcing experience, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms
• 
  Experience of utilising a range of attraction channels targeted media, social media, referrals, etc to attract the best candidates
• 
  Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships up to a senior level to influence and positively challenge existing thinking
• 
  Competent IT skills, including all Microsoft Office applications and familiar with ATS systems
• 
  Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills

Desirable:

• 
  Educated to Degree Level or equivalent
• 
  Previous Experience of working within a Clinical Research Organisation/Life Science Sector
• 
  Fluent within another European language
