Silverton Mortgage Hiring for Silverton Processor Job at United States Full Time

The CMH Processor will report directly to the CMH Processing Manager and Team Lead while working in conjunction with assigned Mortgage Loan Originators, Corporate Underwriting Coordinators, Underwriters, and Closers. Will be responsible for various duties relating to the processing of CMH residential mortgage loans.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Verify and compile information for CMH residential mortgage loans
• Calculate income, assets and liabilities
• Review loan applications for completeness, ensuring loan meets standards (type, amount, assets, etc.); reconcile against system input
• Gather required documentation from customers and third parties
• Communicate effectively with Mortgage Loan Originators and other staff as needed to obtain information to complete files
• Manage pipeline of 20-25 loans per month, purchases and refinances

• Follow Silverton’s Policies and Procedures.
• Demonstrate behaviors that are consistent with Silverton’s values and philosophies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Knowledge, Experience

• Minimum 3 years processing experience
• Proficient with DU and LP
• Familiar with CMH (new and existing) FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional products
