Role: HR Manager
JOB PURPOSE:
The HR Manager will lead on HR for the company and is responsible for:

Work with HR Team and Home Managers to:
Compensation and benefits
Management:
Responsible for ensuring the effective development and day to day line management of the HR Assistant and HR Co-ordinator (Across England and Scotland), conducting regular supervisions, annual appraisals and setting and agreeing development plans.
