Silverado Resort and Spa Hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist at Napa, CA Full Time

SALARY RANGE $65, 000 – $68,000 DOE. The Digital Marketing Specialist must be a multi-tasker who is able to work independently and possess a data-driven marketing mindset. An out-of-the-box thinker, with a proven ability to develop and execute effective digital content. The Marketing Digital Specialist will work closely with the Sr. Ecommerce Marketing Manager and overall Marketing team to execute campaigns and strategies that positively impact resort revenue goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

Include but not limited to the following:

• Manage and maintain online content, including listings, website, APPs, social media, and partner sites.
• Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and transactional emails through CRM tool.
• Work collaboratively with Sr. Ecommerce Marketing Manager and overall team to execute strategic campaigns and engage followers/fans on all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
• Lead competitive research across digital and social channels; brainstorm strategic partnership and activations/programs.
• Compile and format materials for menus, eblasts, social posts, digital ads, etc.
• Develop ing information and materials at the direction of the Sr. Ecommerce Marketing Manager.
• Maintain marketing digital asset library by keeping all content and assets organized and easily accessible.
• Assist in developing and maintaining content calendar.
• Update and develop content and packages on brand website.
• Monitor online review sites such as Google, Trip Advisor, Yelp, Expedia, Hotels.com, Expedia.com, etc. Draft responses as necessary, in keeping with the Silverado Resort brand tone and standards.
• Participate in weekly Marketing, biweekly digital media agency, KSL Social, and other meetings as assigned.
• Assist in the creation of digital assets including banners, ads, content, posts etc.
• Follow brand guidelines for cohesive online content and storytelling.
• Administrative duties such as completing expense s, submitting invoices, assisting with printing, answering phones, and various other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working in a CMS.
• University/College degree in a related discipline (Marketing, Communications) and/or two (2) years of equivalent work experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solve problems solving needed.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Scheduling flexibility – this position may include working evenings and weekends.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail needed.
