Silver Mirror is currently seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our team as Digital Marketing Manager.

You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company. We are a rapidly expanding business with 9 locations in NYC, DC, and Miami, and a product line on the horizon.

We’re seeking an organizational mastermind with a well-rounded knowledge of digital marketing. In this leadership role, your proficiency in strategic planning, managing a variety of tasks, and driving spend efficiency through meticulous organization and data analysis will be critically essential.

Each week we’ll have one briskly-flowing, all-encompassing marketing meeting where you will present weekly updates and plans with our CEO and COO.

We require you to work from our Brickell office or one of our facial bars at least three days a week.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Creation & Campaign Management :

• Lead the planning and execution of our 2024 digital marketing strategy.
• Ensure synchronization across all platforms (Email, Paid Ads, Organic, Influencers, In-store signage) to maintain a cohesive brand message.
• Create and implement monthly campaigns aligned with holidays, seasons, and other events, ensuring execution by the Marketing Coordinator.

Customer Segmentation & Marketing :

• Develop detailed customer segmentation (by City / Region, Skin Type, Concerns, Age, Gender, Membership Type).
• Design and manage tailored marketing campaigns (email, text) for specific customer segments.
• Analyze product and add-on correlations to optimize marketing strategies

Email and Text Automated Flows :

Build and maintain automated marketing flows in Klaviyo, optimizing for engagement and conversion.

Landing Pages & Funnels :

Continuously improve landing pages and integration with customer segmentation strategies for maximum effectiveness.

Paid Advertising :

• Oversee the relationship with our Paid Ads agency, managing campaigns across Google, Meta, Yelp, TikTok, and OOH platforms.
• Develop and implement geotargeting strategies and sponsorships, making budget recommendations to enhance acquisition while minimizing costs.

Affiliate Marketing :

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy with Share-A-Sale, ensuring integration with other marketing efforts.

Referral Marketing :

Establish and refine a referral marketing program, leveraging Referral Candy and other tools to enhance customer referrals.

E-commerce :

• Lead the DTC strategy for our new skincare product line on Shopify, including advertising, SEO, and organic marketing.
• Oversee asset creation and email automations to drive sales and engagement.

Professional Experience Requirements :

• 5+ years leading digital marketing for a brand
• 2+ years in wellness, beauty, cosmetics, and / or skincare

Technical Skills :

• Previous management of Google Ads campaigns
• Previous management of Facebook / Instagram / Meta campaigns
• Klaviyo & Shopify
• Strong writing skills with concise, efficient grammar
• The ability to layout out marketing emails and copy in an linear, concise manner
• Detailed knowledge of new marketing tools and trends
• Expert knowledge of all digital marketing : Google Ads, Remarketing, Meta, Yelp, Email marketing, Landing page and funnel creation, Influencer marketing
