Silver Lining Home Healthcare Hiring for FREE ENTRY-LEVEL HEALTHCARE TRAINING PROVIDED at Selbyville, DE Full Time

If you are looking to start your career in health care, we want to help! Silver Linings is looking to hire full-time and part–time HHAs to provide in-home healthcare services to our clients. We are a client-driven company with a goal to deliver the best care to our clients in the communities we serve. If you are purpose-driven and looking to start your career in health care, we provide a 2-week Hybrid HHA Certification Course. Online via Zoom or in person, (M/T/TH/F). The course itself is FREE, we cover the course material, and bag. After your first 300 hours of employment your certificate will be released to you.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States (we are not able to provide sponsorship)
• Criminal record check which meets hiring guidelines
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Physical and 2 Step PPD
• Able to lift, position, and transfer patient.
• Strong interpersonal skills

Acceptance To Program

• Each student is required to complete the online prerequisite courses (3) within 30 days of initial admission to the course.
• Each course will require students to complete a test that will be emailed.
• Students who have completed the online portion will then be eligible for the Hybrid Instructor Lead course.

Hybrid Instructor Lead Course

• Class is held twice a month and is a one-week course, with no class on Wednesday.
• Class will begin at 10am and end at 4pm
• Attendance is mandatory: either in person at the Dover Silver Lining office, or via ZOOM.
• If student wishes to attend via zoom, they must have video and audio capabilities.
• Students will complete one final test proctored by Care Academy.
• Hybrid course can be taken before clinical portion if student meets eligibility. requirements.
