Silver Lining Home Healthcare Hiring for FREE ENTRY-LEVEL HEALTHCARE TRAINING PROVIDED at Seaford, DE Full Time

If you are looking to start your career in health care, we want to help! Silver Linings is looking to hire full-time and part–time HHAs to provide in-home healthcare services to our clients. We are a client-driven company with a goal to deliver the best care to our clients in the communities we serve. If you are purpose-driven and looking to start your career in health care, we provide a 2-week HHA Certification Course. In person, (M/T/TH/F). The course itself is FREE, we cover the course material, and bag. After your first 300 hours of employment your certificate will be released to you.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States (we are not able to provide sponsorship)
• Criminal record check which meets hiring guidelines
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Physical and 2 Step PPD
• Able to lift, position, and transfer patient.
• Strong interpersonal skills

Instructor Lead Course

• Each classroom day with be split between lecture and skills.
• You will be assigned homework that is required to be completed.
• On Wednesdays, you have the option for additional open lab to get your skills ready!
• Each Friday, you will be tested on your skills through skills competency sign offs and tests.

At the completion of the two-week course and orientation, you will be ready to pick up shifts and help those in our community! In addition, this course offers Behavioral Health Paraprofessional training that would prepare with the skills to care for those with behavioral and mental health needs.
