About the Role
Every day looks different as we respond to market demands and continuously drive to improve our business. In this role, you may assist with:

• High volume recruitment through Facebook
• Telephone interviews
• Sending offers of employment
• Responding to recruitment queries
• Calling candidates to support them through the onboarding journey
• Calling colleagues to follow up documentation requests
• Reviewing and improving internal controls to ensure that our business is always compliant
• Assisting with reviewing and improving internal policies and procedures
• Creating and influencing positive change within the business
• Delivering a quality service to our frontline leaders and all staff across the business
