About the Role
As one of our Administrators you will be accountable for assisting with a portfolio, by supporting the candidate through onboarding & background checks. In this role you will be a value-add partner to the Recruitment Advisor, bringing efficiency and accountability to the role.

• Completing due diligence checks on submitted documents
• Managing candidates’ compliance by accurate data entry
• Calling candidates regarding outstanding documents
• Rostering candidates on for training
• Managing incoming calls, emails and enquiries for your portfolio

About you
You will be an experienced Administrator, who has a “solutions mindset”, is able to prioritise tasks with ease and is accountable. As we have experienced significant growth, we are seeking an individual who is looking for career progression.
