Key responsibilities:

• Raise invoices and on charging of reimbursable amounts
• Monitor the performance of the various business units to the budget
• Investigate short billings and resolve anomalies
• Create and add new vendors to systems
• Review documentation and T&’s to ensure everything is compliant and correct & action amendments if needed
• check and enter accuracy of invoices
• Reconciling accounts
• Assist with debt recovery

Qualities essential to the role:

• Recently qualified or working towards accounting or finance degree with further ambitions in that field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as required
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good attitude – willing to go above and beyond
• Strong attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills
• Advanced analytical skills
