Silicon Harbor Business Services Hiring for Full Charge Bookkeeper Job at Remote Full Time

Silicon Harbor Business Services, Inc. is an Elite-level Quickbooks Online Pro Advisor firm. We offer full-charge bookkeeping services to small businesses across the US. Our entire team is remote, we work with each other and with clients on Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.

We currently have a small team of ten people, supporting clients in 14 states and across all US time zones. We are looking for a full-charge bookkeeper who is capable of managing clients on their own (with support from others as needed). Must be QBO certified or willing to get the certification on your own time. Must have strong written and verbal communicator, have good interpersonal skills, and know how to take a messy set of books and turn it into a clean set of books.

We want smart, diligent bookkeepers who really want to help small businesses succeed. Our preference is for someone who has already worked at an accounting firm. We do not do income tax work, but some knowledge of tax basics is helpful. We use Quickbooks Online, not QB Desktop, so if you haven’t used QBO before, do not apply.

We offer competitive hourly pay, the ability to work from home, and the option to work from 20-35 hours per week.

Pay: $20.00 – $27.50 per hour
