As we support the launch of several products including the Silent Beacon 2.0 and Enterprise Safety Solutions, SBL is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to improve our branding, collaborate with the sales team, and help our company achieve optimal visibility.

The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and thinks strategically about how to grow our customer reach and is willing to engage in graphic design, advertising, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and management of integrated campaigns and programs that raise brand awareness, generate leads, and promote conversions;
• Design campaigns and blend the optimal mix of inbound (content development & SEO) and outbound (paid traditional & digital) marketing tactics to meet performance goals;
• Introduce, expand, and integrate digital marketing and social media tactics as part of all campaigns. Streamline campaign planning process and asset management for increased efficiency;
• Assist with strategic business development and product marketing as assigned;
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, website development, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
• Collaborate with marketing agencies and the ownership in designing and creating images for marketing collateral;
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience;
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence;
• Measure and performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and recommend solutions to improve conversion rates;
• Write newsletters and blogs based from selected keywords and topics;
• Develop and monitor marketing budgets and provide periodic s on key metrics, and
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required;
• A minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience;
• Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment;
• Proficient in Facebook Ad Manager and Insights, Google AdWords, Google Analytics,

Microsoft Ads, Bing, Apple Search Ads, Mailchimp, Kentico Website Content

• Management System, HootSuite, Shortstack, Canva, and HubSpot, and WordPress;
• Experience in Adobe Suite, specifically in PhotoShop and other graphic design platforms
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
• Extensive participation in industry-related tradeshows, associations, and other professional activities that lead to stronger brand equity;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Exemplary communication skills : oral, written, auditory, and presentation, and;
• Proficient in MS Office Suite Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and

Project).
